The fifth song on the album is called, “5. I’ll Fly Away” and it is also another kind of skit he did.  He doesn’t rap or anything on this track, but it was taken from an old Gospel church tune that some of you might have heard as young children.  This song was also called, “I’ll Fly Away” and this grand old gospel tune has been sung for generations in the southern parts of the United States.  It was kind of an intro to his next song, “6. Spaceship.”

The fact that Kanye possibly sampled a Bluegrass song…makes me respect him that much more!
